Manchester United may have suffered back-to-back defeats against West Ham and Aston Villa in the past week but morale among Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s squad still appears to be good.
During the team’s training session on Tuesday, Jesse Lingard was even spotted teaching Cristiano Ronaldo how to do his ‘J-Lingz’ celebration.
One man who can’t wait for United’s fixture is Ronaldo, the Champions League’s all-time leading scorer who has netted four goals in four games since rejoining the Red Devils.
“The beautiful competition is back!” Ronaldo posted on Instagram ahead of the Villarreal game.

Perhaps we’ll see Ronaldo combining his famous ‘SIUUU’ celebration with the ‘J-Lingz’ if he scores against Villarreal.
Lingard has already done the J-Lingz/SIUUU celebration. However, Lingard has already beaten Cristiano to that one.
